Meet Caitlin

Caitlin is a dedicated movement and mindfulness practitioner with a passion for helping others feel strong, centered, and connected in their bodies. Pilates has been a grounding force in her life for many years, but her connection to the practice deepened after losing her mother to ovarian cancer. With no reliable test for early detection, the disease slowly took her mother from the inside out. Through that experience, Caitlin began to understand core strength not just physically, but emotionally and spiritually.

Just four months postpartum with her second child, she entered Pilates teacher training with Mighty Pilates as a way to honor her body, rebuild from within, and reclaim her strength. Her mother loved Pilates and practiced throughout years of chemotherapy—staying connected to her body through movement. Teaching now feels like a continuation of that legacy.

In addition to Pilates certification, Caitlin holds a 200-RYT yoga teacher certification from YogaWorks and has completed Level III Shambhala meditation training. She brings a mindful, integrative approach to every session.

Before CWT Pilates, Caitlin spent over a decade in organizational development, talent management, and corporate learning. She holds a Master’s degree in Social-Organizational Psychology and an MBA, both from Columbia University.

Today, she finds deep fulfillment in helping others—especially women—build strength, reconnect with their bodies, and feel more grounded and resilient from within.
